JoAnne Ernsberger is the founder and director of Oasis Equine Assisted Learning, part of The Oasis Consulting Group.  Located in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Oasis is a progressive therapeutic and education entity, striving to continually make a lasting impact in closely working with organizations and individuals to improve performance in a positive, stress-free manner.   JoAnne is a lively speaker, a creative thinker, with a keen interest in empowering people to embrace their gifts and to achieve goals effectively.

Oasis provides both conventional consulting - as well as Equine Assisted Learning, whereby the Horse is the modality and partner in unique experiential learning.   Based at a private facility - "Pine Shadow Farm", in Delaware, we LOVE to share and are grateful to enjoy good health, wonderful people with whom to work, and engaging the Beautiful Horses with Humans - Holistically!

All sessions are conducted in safety, are non-riding, and no experience with horses is required.  Come as you truly are!

With over 50 years of experience with horses - riding and teaching,  JoAnne has the skills to deliver workshops that carry great impact.  She attended Thorncroft Equestrian Center, Malvern, Pennsylvania, and received her Certificate in Therapeutic Riding Instruction.  She is a member of EAGALA, and E3A (Equine Experiential Education Association).   Certification:  Equine  Experiental Education Practitioner. This effort encompasses the varied dimensions of Leadership, Team Effectiveness, Children and Family Dynamics, Personal Development, Communication, Coaching and Empowerment, Retreats, and more.

Seeing people have many "A-HA!" moments while in the presence of Equine Impression, puts a genuine smile on our faces and inspires us to do our very best ... Always.    Horses are innately capable of providing feedback to our intentions, and to provide accurate reflection.
Everyone wants to fit in somewhere.  Horses show us, through their abundant sense of awareness of themselves, the environment, and us - a very healthy way to do  Just That.
